If I import 1,000 accounts, will trial block me?
No. Import is unlimited and free. Trial starts after import completion. After trial, the correct slab is applied automatically based on total active accounts.
हिन्दी: नहीं। इम्पोर्ट पर कोई सीमा नहीं है। ट्रायल इम्पोर्ट के बाद शुरू होता है। ट्रायल के बाद कुल सक्रिय खातों के अनुसार सही स्लैब अपने-आप लागू होगा।
What is an “Active Account”?
Accounts where work is ongoing (collections / deposits / active status). Closed and matured accounts are not counted.
हिन्दी: जिन खातों पर अभी काम चल रहा है (कलेक्शन/डिपॉज़िट/एक्टिव स्टेटस) वही Active माने जाते हैं।
Do you charge per agent / login?
By default, no. Pricing is mainly based on accounts so you can add staff without fear. (Optional add-ons can be introduced later.)
